Collaboration & Video Conferencing

Webex is offering our users unlimited usage on the most secure collaboration platform globally to help them get through this difficult time. 

Microsoft Teams, the company’s collaboration and communication platform, is scrapping the user limit on its free version, which was previously restricted to 300 people. Microsoft has also announced it is making the basic version of its Office 365 enterprise suite of productivity tools such as Word and Excel free for six months to organizations, which gives users access to the premium version of Microsoft Teams.

Any organization that would find value in leveraging the Okta Identity Cloud for remote work during an emergency situation should be able to do so at no cost. That’s why we are offering Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) and Okta Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for free.

As part of this effort, the company has announced four new community apps to help its customers, including government agencies and enterprises, manage complex emergency response workflows. These apps are now available at servicenow.com/crisisresponse for customers to access free of charge through September 30, 2020

Cisco is broadening there COVID-19 offers to include security for remote employees by providing extended free licenses and expanded usage counts at no extra charge for three of our key security technologies including AnyConnect, DuO and Umbrella that are designed to protect remote workers anywhere, anytime and on any device.

Beyond Trust is offering our Secure Remote Access solutions free to help organizations support an increased remote workforce due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
